Love this house. I wanted to know the sq. feet on the foyer/stairs/

family room (the first area you See) I love how open it is and I plan to build and I'm wondering Can you do this and still keep it this open on a smaller capacity. (6000) on the main 2 floors not including the basement. Exceptional work!
