Outdoor Countertop Help

Stainless grill with paver grill area, what would you suggest for a countertop material? granite, 'leather' finish granite, flagstone, other? located in NJ so seeking a 4 season material that will hold up well.

    Polished concrete counter top would look great, you can never go wrong with granite or stone. There are so many color options with granite or quartzes material.
