Did you provide the owner rear access to clear the vent that will inevitably clog? Did you build a hatch somewhere?

    The dryer can be pulled out of its niche quite easily, should access be necessary, but modern appliances have come a long way in recent years and with proper operation, clogged vents are far from inevitable. Thank you for your concern.
