Recessed ceiling lights on the sloped ceiling

I have a sloped ceiling and I like the way you solved for lighting in the ceiling. What size did you install? Also are the lights in a fixed position or do they have the ability to be directed at certain directions? I assume the lights are LED? Please advise. Thank you.

    Yes, fixed position and if I remember correctly they were 3" cans. Just noticed that I am answering a Re|Structure question from our Teracottage site. Teracottage is a division of Re|Structure Design-Build.
