POLL: Glass flooring - hit or miss?

A little unusual yes, but a lot impressive, glass flooring is stepping into the residential realm! Aesthetically pleasing and undeniably stylish, glass flooring ticks multiple boxes on the physical front, but is it as practically pleasing?

      I would only consider a glass floor to show off an otherwise hidden feature such as an old well or mill wheel - luckily my modern apartment has no such gem.

      How pricey would a glass floor be? I am planning a corridor to a bedroom past a bathroom but it would mean no natural light. I was thinking of putting a sky light up in the roof and then have a light well coming through the ceiling to create a ceiling window to get light in. Thanks
