Gorgeous countertop and paris beautifully with the backsplash. The intricate design works well with the countertop. Is that countertop marble or granite. Stunning!

    Thank you so much! The island counter top is Quartzite.

    I should have known. Many of the brands are creating colors that mimick other stones. Zodiaq just came out with 5 new colors -- all of them white with gray veining to look like Marble. Quartz is so much stronger and less porous.
