Which single storey rear extension do you prefer?

Our clients asked us for a modern 'Zen' www.lewisvisuals.co.ukrear single storey extension in the middle of Farnham, Surrey. These are our initial concept designs. Let us know what you think.

    I love the look option 1. The main room in the middle with the complimentary rooms either side. Creates a triangular like frame which I find very pleasing to the eye!

      I agree with Anna, the first option is my favourite - very sleek and creates a lot of interest!

      Look's like it's going to be a huge transformation! I would go for option one, because having the large glass room in the centre of the build makes it more aesthetically pleasing.

      I like option 2! I like how it's two different spaces and I think it looks really pleasing. Doesn't have to be symmetrical!

      In my opinion, I think there's little coherence in either option. Option 1 looks like three separate extensions and Option 2 looks like two separate extensions. All a bit 'bitty' for me. Neither option looks as though it offers vast spaces, which is great if that is what the client is looking for.
