    The wood used throughout the exterior and interiors for the project is IPE. This wood type is very durable with a warm color to compliment the harder tones/materials used.

    And, we always used a durable oil finish on our wood products to keep the warmth and smooth touch intact for years to come!

    IPE is technically a Brazilian Cherry, also known under the name of IRONWOOD because of its density and hard-as-steel properties~
