Was the wall unit (shelves, murphy bed) custom made?

I would love this for our guest bedroom/my office/ exercise room :) I need the storage and shelf space. Is it easy to easy to pull down and put away (i.e. heavy) I imagine with mirror (gorgeous) it has to be a bit heavy. How do you pull it down. Thank you!!! Alecia
