This is wonderful! Can you tell me the name of the Evergreen Tree?

I live in Utah so similar climate. Was hoping to minimize the lawn and replace with drought tolerant plants that are also hardy to zone 7. Thank you.

    Hello, thanks for the question! There is not an evergreen tree in this photo. I think perhaps the plant you are referring to is the Tiger Eyes Cutleaf Sumac (Rhus typhina 'Bailtiger'" which is the one behind the pink flower (Centranthus ruber). It is a great shrub that gets beautiful fall color, but it is deciduous.
