I really want them but trying to decide between wood and composite for harsh winters.

    Hello, these are real wood. The issue with composite is most companies use cheap oversees materials and you lose a lot of window with their large rails designed in-order to attain the strength they need to hold integrity. We offer a broadleaf Shutter that is waterproof and will not fade, crack, peel, burn or discolor. So yes, we can do either or and we offer a Life of the home warranty that is transferable.
