    Hi Arron,

    We purchased our tile from a local supplier who carries a variety of large manufactures, has a great showroom, superb staff and customer service, Babtista Tile in Bend Oregon, Anyhow I finally made it by the house today and I looked at the surplus tile boxes, here is what I found, hope it helps.

    AKDO is the manufacture, www.ado.com, Finish- clear and frosted glass, color- parchment, size- stagger 10 pcs. , HH 8007591, GL1696-STGRCFN
