Lighting advice for a new home

Hi Experts,

I am building a new 2000 sq. feet home and is planning on installing LED downlights throughout. I need some advice regarding the number of downlights each room needs to maintain them sufficiently bright at all times, without going overboard. The ceiling would be 2.7 metres high.

Pointers on wattage, temperature (Warm White VS Daylight VS Cool White) are also welcome. I have attached the floor plan for reference.

    Sorry about the image quality but this is just about the best my scanner could produce. Nevertheless I have sent a slightly better image and room dimensions to the email mentioned above.

    Scale is 1:100

    Room dimensions as below:

    Master Bedroom : 4.05 x 3.8

    Walk in Robe: 4.05 x 1.6

    Garage: 6.35 x 5.5

    Bed 2: 3 x 3

    Bed 3: 4: 2.9 x 3

    Meals: 4.09 x 3.14

    Kitchen: 2.7 x 3

    Family: 4.33 x 5.44

    Bath: 2 x 3

    Please let me know if you need any further info.

    I have warm white LED in my house. I don't like the ambience of cool white.
