Usually when this occurs there is a water flow issue around the probe and the ions are not able to transfer into the water. Please check your setup and make sure there is adequate water flow around your probe. Depending on how your probe is setup, either in the chamber or placed in a skimmer filter, you may need to make adjustments to your pump, plumbing, or filtration setup.
