need curb appeal

I need add curb appeal to my home. I live in central Texas. The soil has clay. The city water is salty.
The types of plants that grow well are: Nellie Stevens Holly, Savanah Holly, Indian Hawthorn, Dwarf Youpon, Boxwood, Various fountain grasses. Japanese Yew.

    Many will give a plan for free and then sell the plants. I used to live in Texas.. grow native for the least hassle!
