what fan/vent are you using over the cooktop?

    Hi Mary,


    This area was initially going to just be a bar area without the cooking facilities but then the client decided to add an oven and cooktop. Due to the window location, a rangehood couldn't be used so a suitable mechanical inline exhaust fan was installed in the ceiling venting out the wall above the window
