TVs over fireplaces

I see a lot of TVs mounted over fireplaces but I’ve got a cable box. Where do you hide components like that if I want this clean look?

    Hi, we usually zip tie the cable box to the mount or back, and then use a remote that doesn't need to be pointed directly at box. www.cvidesign.com

    Thank you. I’ll check into that. Our current cable box requires a straight line sight in order to work.
