    Hi,

    The wall is made up of a sawn sandstone, the same as the paving.

    Thank you Kate. Could I ask one more question please. Does this require any special treatment / protection when used for a retaining wall as in this case?

    We’d previously been exploring having white rendered retaining walls and been advised that this isn’t suitable for soil, particularly because of dampness, and advised to have brick instead which I’m not so keen on.
