Does this get slippery if it gets rained on?

Will have concrete front and back porch. Don’t know if this could be done at a later time after the House is built.

    We can add a Quartz Aggregate anti-slip agent in the final top coat, and yes it can be done after the house is built. Thank-you for your interest!
