Duck egg blue can look lovely in a south facing light filled kitchen. If it’s a north facing, a warmer colour like mustard or burnt orange can work well or even espresso brown ... but which ever you choose - it should really blend in with other rooms in your home too to some extent - so if your lounge is mostly green or grey consider hints of those colours too.
I've got a rose gold mirrored splashback in my kitchen and it looks amazing! The warm gold/copper colour would look good with cashmere. I had some material left over and have 600 x 750 mm piece to sell. It's suitable for a single hob not a range cooker. We sourced the metal from a company that does PVD coated stainless steel, templated ourselves and got it laser cut
It wasn't the easiest way to do it but it was cheaper than getting a splashback company to do it. If you like mine and are after a standard size (600 x 750 mm) then let me know :)
I think grey toughened mirror (alternatively the printed version with your own design) would match the colours but it is hard to estimate without the pictures.
