How does that beam lighting work?

Is that a hollowed out beam with the wires from the lighting running through the beam. And if so, how did you build the hollow beam? Or did you buy it hollowed out already? Beautiful job!

    Heather, thank you for the compliment! All our woodwork is custom made by our team of in house craftsmen. It makes me happy that you can't tell from the image how it was built. This is not something I would recommend someone who has never worked with wood attempt. The beams are handcrafted with a high level of detail to replicate a real beam.
