    Hi Nik,


    We talked over the phone. I will try to address the high cost of the return shipping label that was deducted from the refund of your purchase.


    Note though that Fedex and UPS charge what is called dimensional weight not the actual physical weight. Dimensional weight is a calculation of the volume of the box divided by a certain divisor. The larger the box even with modest weight, the more expensive shipping gets.


    I will let you know what I find out.
