Basement bathroom

LOVE this entire basement, and how the redo kept the basement groove going (not ‘manicured subterranean family room’. But that’s just me.)

Is the bathroom a full bath? Did special accommodations need to be made for the below grade situation?

    Glad you like the basement, sounds like you would get along great with the homeowner Judith. This is a half bath. The plumbing was already in place when we started. Having an odd ball toilet in the basement is fairly common in older homes in our area. generally the main waste line is below grade so we don't need to do anything special.
