what is the height of fixture,says 10in but also says a 12"downrod inc

will this hang only 10.5 in from the ceiling? also it says it is on sale but the sale price is not present when you click on the item,thanks

    Hello! Yes it is 10% off right now from $400.90 down to $359.99. The fixture can hang between 19.5"-49.5". The 10.5" is the fixture before the rods. The fixture comes with multiple different size rods so you are able to play with the height. Let us know if we can help in any other way!
