Where can you buy the ladder and mounting hardware?

We have a cabin with a loft sleeping area in a bedroom. The area is tight and are currently using an old weathered ladder. However it is not attached and the rungs are tough on feet. I can add flat steps to the ladder if I had this type of mounting system or just purchase this ladder assembly.
