    Of course! We sourced a "wall" of twinkle lights (look for "LED twinkle lights" on Amazon) and hung them from small nails all in a row. Important to use LED because they don't generate any heat! We then installed a simple white non-decorative curtain rod and hung a silver metallic sheer curtain on the rod to cover up all the wires and serve as the backdrop. Make sure the curtain panel or panels are approx 30% wider than the space you're covering up. A silver or gold curtain can work, but stay away from white because it won't mask the wires so well.
