handicapped accessible kitchen remod

Can't bend over, or squat down and can't reach over my head or climb up/Down
Need help with Reno plans to make my kitchen usable for me with my health and physical limitations

    @The Cooks Kitchen is an aging-in-place specialist. Maybe she will pop in and give you some advice. Have you looked into physical or occupational therapy? Therapists can sometimes help you modify to use what you already have. If you live in the United States, you can qualify for free physical and occupational therapy under Medicare if you meet certain criteria. Therapists helped my mother-in-law who is severely paralyzed learn to make her own coffee and open the refrigerator herself from her wheelchair which we found next to miraculous. You might be surprised at all the aids there are available.
