    thank you for your question....the stainless backsplash was fabricated and installed by our steel fabricator... it has a brushed finish....easy to use and clean..... i know .you can purchase a metal "stainless" backsplash from IKEA - as long as it fits your size requirements (30" wide is typical) -or you might try shopping around on the internet for pre-fabricated back splashes ..... cheers .Rich
