How high are the ceilings and what size are each of the upper cabinets

We have 11 ft ceilings and trying to decide how to best go to the ceiling and I love what has been done here.

    They are 10 ft ceilings.

    Typically we us 42 inch wall cabinet plus a 14 inch cabinet And a 8 inch header. The header is a blank spot to continue the crown moulding around the cabinet
