    Those sconces were custom-made for the project by a blacksmith that made the two of them, the fireplace tools and other ironwork throughout the house.

    The interior designer, Phillip Sides of Montgomery, Alabama would know more about them, but he doesn't have a profile here on houzz.com, and I couldn't get his website to come up.

    you can find blacksmith who can handle that unique type of work on http://www.dracme.com/2008/Dracme-Hand-Forged-Doors.php, just send them a picture of what you are looking for and ask for quote.
