Yes there are products sold by companies out there, but not similar. They are designed for light snow , wind and can collapse if snow is not removed or must be taken down in high winds. Please read their warranty.
An excerpt from their Warranty
"Our warranty is no longer valid in wind over the insurance limit (15 m/sec.)" which works out to 54km/hr or 33.6 mph. And "There is no warranty applicable for the enclosure if it is not protected from the accumulated weight of snow. Pool enclosures must be immediately protected from snow and ice that must be immediately removed." See our blog on a collapsed enclosure http://www.coversinplay.com/blog/collapsible-enclosures-even-when-you-dont-want-it-to-be/
We recommend do your homework before purchasing an enclosure no matter where you live.
