Ceiling type & installation

Hello, I noticed the beautiful wood ceilings throughout the house. What type of wood is this, and how were the panels created & installed? What type of insulation was used? I imagine this is a custom job, but any details on the manufacturer and model information would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

    Can you elaborate on the ceiling installation? Was it just nailed/screwed to the trusses or is there a framework that it is attached to? Anything behind the reveals? We are planning the same thing in a house we are about to build. Thanks!
