2019 | Frankfort Sitting Room
Our long time client from Frankfort asked with help in selecting a paint color for her Formal Living Room when they installed a new window and the room had to be repainted. She wanted to work with the existing rug and small sofa. Since she had blues as an accent in her Family Room, we decided to pull blue out of the rug and away we went! Her wingback chairs were in great shape but needed reupholstering. We selected a fabric in a denim color with a small stripe that has all of the rug colors in it. I have updated a lot of wingback chairs over the years, but these are some of my favorites. We had sold her the artwork over the sofa a few years ago, and now it pops off the freshly painted walls. The lumbar pillows and throw brings our blues over to the neutral sofa. We finished off the space with accents of navy, red and gold.
