Alma Residence
This home has had many iterations. Originally a Victorian Mansion, then a school, boarding house and finally commercial offices prior to the current owners taking over custodianship and reverting the property back to a family home.
We've peeled back the layers, restored the bones back to original condition and made subtle changes to make it liveable.
A new deck and verandah have been carefully designed to respect the character and period features of the original rear facades.
The discreet addition of a bay window provides comfortable space inside for a casual dining area to be included within the kitchen.
The new garage with studio over, to the right, has been designed to complement the scale and architectural detail of the house.
