Ian was awarded the 2004/05 BALI Principal Award for his role as Designer for Scenic Blue, for a private domestic scheme near Northampton. See the judges’ comments below.
"This is an excellent example of garden design and construction. Very high standards have been achieved in hard detailing and planting alike. Unusual features like the pergola, with its gabion columns create great interest, but so does the quality of planting in the borders and orchard. The garden is a joy and a credit to all involved."
