The Brief
The client asked us to develop new plans throughout and prepare detailed information for the refurb and fit-out.
Our Solution
When there are foxes living in the kitchen you know a building has a long way to go before it realises its value!
This Fulham end of terrace, L shaped house needed a complete overhaul.
We created two living spaces and a hidden cloakroom/utility to the ground floor plus a light-filled kitchen/diner while the first floor features an extensive master suite and second bedroom, all topped out with two further bedrooms.
The client furnished the house for resale to an amazing spec, easily the finest house in Fulham at the time!
