Custom-made cabinets to the ceiling with inset doors; tops are lighted with seeded glass. Backsplash is handmade crackle 4x4 ceramic tile with a staggered lay; backsplash over the cooktop is laid on the diagonoal with 2" x 2" bronze scudos. Custom paneling and corbels cover a stainless steel Thermador cooktop hood with remote motor on the roof of the house. The columns on both sides of the hood are custom-spice rack pullouts.
