Karoistanbul is the true specialist of encaustic cement floor tiles or mosaic tiles. The technical and esthetic qualities of our production is same as the tiles which were perfected at the end of the last century in Istanbul, Izmir and the other regions of Anatolia.
The Karoistanbul tiles are entirely handmade. They are composed of white marble powder, high quality cement, marble or granite granulates, natural colourings and pure silica sand, under a high pressure. They have a great hardiness and until then unequalled easy upkeep. The encaustic process emloyed in their creation has rendered these tiles extremely durable and long lived.
Karoistanbul offers the different colour options. Costumers have opportunity as choose the tile colour from the colour range. Besides, the moulds can produce as wish with price.
The tiles are producing as 20 x 20 cm , 10 x 10 cm, 40 x 40, 6.5 x 6.5 cm, 30 x 30 cm, 25 x 25 cm, bordures are 20 x 20 cm, 10 x 20 cm, plinths (polishing with delivery ) are 10 x 20 and plain tiles which have the same size with the patterned tiles. Besides, there are hexagon tiles (30 x 30 cm , 20 x 23 cm).
The pattern thickness around 6-7 mm and the total thickness is around 18 mm(+/- 1 mm), but tiles which have sizes as 40 x 40 cm, 30 x 30 cm, 25 x 25 cm and hexagon 30 x 35 cm are between 2.5 - 3 cm.
The tiles can use on the wall, floor and interior, exterior. Karoistanbul suggest that the tiles must grinding with the marble scrapper, also polishing and should clean with yellow soap.
The prices have differences as a colour variety and patterns.
