H Brettell & Sons Ltd. This impressive modern new build property was designed with an elliptical main staircase that required continuous handrail from top to bottom. The stained European Oak handrail follows the line of the staircase perfectly and provides a stunning centrepiece to the property.
The oval pattern handrail required 15 geometrical face moulds and 22 components to construct. This technically complex hand carved wreathed handrail was supported with 25mm chamfered spindles and finished with a dark oak stain before a satin French polish was applied.
