This living room is one of my favorite spaces because it contains a nice balance of old and new. The large coffee table is a family heirloom, while the blue sectional sofa is a modern, contemporary piece. Adding a slate facade to the fireplace gives a bit of rustic charm, and the black leather arm chairs and japanese chandelier add some edge to this eclectic, comfortable room.
