Madison kitchen remodel
This kitchen remodel had several walls, doors, and windows moved and removed. In this photo, the original entrance to kitchen from mud/ laundry room was removed to allow for a better kitchen layout with more cabinets
and a better flow and layout in the mud/laundry room. The new entrance to the mud/ laundry room was moved to the living room just around the corner through a secondary doorway which already lead to the living room. The doorway was widened from a standard 36" x 80" to 52" wide and raised to ceiling height to open the space. The 6" deep wall where the mud/laundry room door had once been made a perfect place to add even more storage behind a magnetic chalkboard door custom made for the space by a local contractor
