Man Cave
This is not just garage; it is one nice man cave. For this project we were contacted by our clients who purchased some property that had an existing garage on the property already. The existing garage was used for storage, it had drywall in some areas that was not finished, and it didn't have any heat, air conditioning, or plumbing.
We added two bathrooms, one on the main level and one quarter bathroom on the upper level. On the upper level we also added a wet bar, along with a dishwasher and beverage fridge.
We updated the electrical for more lights, outlets, and etc. We removed most of the drywall to give us access to the existing framing so we could frame for the new rooms, storage, bathrooms, and upper-level family room.
New Marvin integrity Windows were installed on the upper level, James Hardie siding was installed on the exterior. Maple cabinets were installed on the lower level for storage, and Hickory cabinets and trim were installed on the upper-level.
This man cave had surround sound, installed on both the upper level and lower level, along with flat screen TVs for entertaining.
