New England Ocean View
Originally built in 1870 as a summer cottage, the new homeowners intended to live here year round. It was important that the character of the house be maintained while creating a suitable home for the twenty first century. The resulting design creates gracious rooms, intimate in scale with commanding views of the ocean beyond.
