By keeping the blue stone fireplace intact, the room's focal point is a true testimony of quality work done decades ago using natural, local materials. It informed the palette of the project. Since my clients had many copper pieces - and orange being the compliment of blue - the palette was created with existing pieces. Photo by Bob Narod.
