This is the "AFTER" picture.
Bullnose tile (which runs along the edge of the wall tile) was mitered to run along the floor as a "baseboard". A strip of 12" floor tile was added to give the "baseboard" a height of 6" The 2 piece tile baseboard not only looks good, but it protects the walls and ceiling below from water (toilet overflow)
Small 8'x7' Bathroom Remodel
This was a very simple remodel; to replace the small shower stall with a tub/shower, and to give the bathroom a face lift. The shower area was gutted and re-framed and new plumbing was installed and relocated. An "Americast" tub was installed and the walls were finished with the same 12" porcelain tile used on the floor. A new vanity with granite top and undermount sink was installed, and all other fixtures and accessories were replaced with new.
