Power Road Studios

As part of the Power Road Studios Masterplan in Chiswick. Studio 5 comprises of a high quality detailed 5 storey brick new build. Accommodating 38,000 sqft of excellent office space with a reimagined structural grid maximising the best daylight possible. The building has an overall net to gross efficiency of 88%. Ancillary to the building are high-quality landscaping to improve the setting of the building and a timber amenity pavilion to serve the whole Power Studios site.
