Remodeling Project in Chevy Chase
This homeowner was looking to add a few bedrooms and improve the living space for the family of 8. This was accomplished with an 15 x 27 addition on the back of the house, from the basement to the attic. A full 4 floors of added living space.
Particular care was taken to ensure that the new addition and the original house flowed well together and did not look like a box stuck on the back of the house. A new kitchen, dining room and mudroom on the first floor; two new bedrooms on the second and two bedrooms and one full bath on the attic floor.
