Sculptural Architecture
The residence is original in design and sculptural in form. The dialectic of curving and rectilinear shapes continually surprises; the contrast of confined and soaring spaces provides an enduring freshness; and the combination of near and distant views create interior spaces that are both intimate and expansive in nature.
Every aspect of the house reflects their outdoor nature ad minimalist lifestlye. Dick and Jane are avid mountian climbers and a multilevel design was to keep them in shape and young at heart. The house is a composition of 4 floor levels, each with walk out access to an adjacent terrance. A fifth floor roof top terrance with a 360 degree views culminates the climb up the house.
