The re-decoration of this Arts + Crafts house was carefully considered in line with the ideals of the period. The underlying ideal of being true to materials and workmanship are reflected in the curtains for the dining room. The fullness of the curtain is kept to a minimum with a 'tulip' pleat is based on a single pleat heading and was designed by Isabella originally for a client who loved gardening and chose a tulip print for her curtains.
