Bathrooms

One of our favorites, if not THE favorite ... minus step up to the shower and the shower door. Make the cabinets dark wood and more furniture-like and I’d like it even better. Otherwise I like these colors. The walls could still be the dusty green and the tile could compliment that. Love the tile floor and tile partial wall and complete wall behind the vanities. Like the tile in the shower.

Tiled shower example (with wood cabinet ... though it’s too red and the tile is too yellow). This is the best curved shower enclosure I’ve found.

Leaning toward stained cabinets with light floors, and white tub/sink/trim?, for the Master bath. This is too gray, but I like the overall effect.

Like this tile a lot. Floor and wall. It’s simple. Also think I also like the dark fixtures/hardware. I don’t even mind the dark tile accent

Sort of nice use of tile (except I don’t like the black accents). Probably prefer the simpler tile in the earlier picture. Want to avoid a too Mediterranean look to the pattern. Noticing what I’ll call wainscoting in lots of the arts and crafts bathrooms. Like the contrasting accent wall color. (May do the same in the bedroom). Like the dark stained wood cabinet and the wood mirror.

Like this. Paint the walls green. Like the idea of the seagrass rug, given that the floor space is big. Like the simple tile floor. Like the sconces next to mirrors. Like the dark framed mirrors. (Are lit mirrors available with dark frames?)

Love the furniture and the vanity. When i was leaning toward country French, this was one of my favorites. I still like it and it is still an inspiration for using actual furniture in the bathroom, but now that we are focusing on arts and crafts period and style, I prefer dark stained wood. At least for the master bath
